(KJV)<a href=\"http:\/\/christianrep.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/contemplating.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-4518\" title=\"contemplating\" src=\"http:\/\/christianrep.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/contemplating-300x168.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"168\" srcset=\"https:\/\/christianrep.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/contemplating-300x168.jpg 300w, https:\/\/christianrep.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/contemplating-1024x574.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/christianrep.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/contemplating-280x157.jpg 280w, https:\/\/christianrep.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/contemplating-90x50.jpg 90w, https:\/\/christianrep.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/contemplating-712x400.jpg 712w, https:\/\/christianrep.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/contemplating.jpg 1663w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I realize there is a lot more to this verse than I\u2019ve just written, but I want to focus on this portion of it.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u201cI do not frustrate the grace of God\u2026\u201d \u2013 &#8230;&#8230;..but \u00a0I do.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If I\u2019m honest with myself, I probably frustrate the Lord more often than most.\u00a0 He, as my heavenly Father gives me the free will to choose.\u00a0 I get to choose my day, the time I spend with God, family and others.\u00a0 I can\u2019t begin to imagine how frustrating I can be as I make unwise choices, such as choosing good over best, choosing less over waiting for more and choosing to not try because fear grips my heart.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What are some ways that I\u2019m sure I frustrate God?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Lack of faith<\/strong> \u2013 I want faith that moves mountains.\u00a0 According to Matthew 17:20, all I need is as much as a grain of a mustard seed to do so.\u00a0 We see simple miracles often and yet like the children of Israel; we need to see more in order to believe.\u00a0 We need to be reminded more often than not.\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0Recently, Spreading JOY Corp was asked to help out someone that needed $1000.00 to avoid eviction in a week.\u00a0 I was certain that this family would be evicted as I have tried to raise money before and knew nothing short of a miracle was needed.\u00a0 I searched for that grain of faith to move mountains but felt it was nowhere to be found.\u00a0 Thankfully \u2013 so many heroes stepped up and gave. Not only did they help this family, but they increased my faith.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lack of time<\/strong> \u2013 We are so busy with family, church, work, housework, errands, dinner, softball, keeping the dog clean and visits with friends in coffee shops that we tend to not make time to build and strengthen our relationship with the Lord.\u00a0 We live in a Burger King world and want to have it \u201cour\u201d way \u2013 quick, easy and simple.\u00a0 God desires us to spend time with HIM.\u00a0 If our children were obedient to every single thing we told them to do and yet NEVER spent any time with us, our hearts would break.\u00a0 I imagine the Lord\u2019s heart breaking when we get to busy with \u201cstuff\u201d to spend time with Him.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Unworthy feelings<\/strong> \u2013 We are joint heirs with Christ, so why on earth do we let these feelings get in the way?\u00a0 We feel like we do not deserve God\u2019s love, blessings and his power.\u00a0 Because His mercy and grace is renewed each day, we get to have these wonderful things, even though we feel like we shouldn\u2019t.\u00a0 God wants to bless us, use us and empower us.\u00a0 We are made in His image and even though HE knows our heart, our doubts and fears , HE still chooses to love us \u2013 UNCONDITIONALLY.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 How amazing is our God?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Have you ever thought about this?<\/p>\n<p>There are so many other ways that we frustrate the Lord.\u00a0 Will you dare list some of the ways you frustrate Him?\u00a0 What are you going to do about it?<\/p>\n<p>What verses will help you, motivate you and move you away from frustrating the Lord to making His heart smile?<\/p>\n<p>{{HUGS}} yall<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/spreadingJOY\">@spreadingJOY<\/a><\/p>\n<p>For more information about Spreading Joy Corporation and just how easy it is to make a difference without breaking the bank, visit <a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/spreadingJOY\">Marie<\/a> at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.spreading-joy.org\">http:\/\/www.spreading-joy.org<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/group.php?gid=56002726058\">Spreading Joy on Facebook<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Tell me &#8211; talk to me&#8230; or am I the only one frustrating God? hmmm?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Galatians 2:21 \u2013 I do not frustrate the grace of God\u2026..
