- Teenhopeline is a safe place where teens can go to interact with other teens through chat and forums, find scriptural answers and direction, and at times of decision in their lives seek healthy counsel. In 2007 alone, they talked to 55,000 students preventing upwards of 10,000 suicides and seeing approximately 7,000 students come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ through the one-on-one chat and the alter ministry of Seventh Day Slumber.

TheHopeLine has over 450 trained volunteers serving from five (5) major call center across the United States and several satellite call centers located on or near the campuses of prestigious Christian colleges and universities. TheHopeLine has partnered with strong faith-based partners to provide longer term care and services to those seeking help, advice and healing. Trained volunteers serve as HopeCoaches, engaging teenagers and young adults by listening, empathizing, encouraging, offering biblical perspectives and prayer.

WE is an inclusive word, it is refers to all of us working together to make a difference. In the Bantu language spoken in southern Africa there is the word “Ubuntu”; it is an idea present in African spirituality that says: ”I am because WE are” – or WE are all connected as humans. We cannot be ourselves without community, health, faith and that our lives are lived out among others.
Ubuntu speaks about our interconnectedness, and how our lives affect one another.
The truth is WE are connected and what WE as human beings do affect one another. WE can bring change, WE can bring hope, and together WE can make a difference in the world.
